Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICIES
(SINGAPORE CUSTOMERS)
  • At the moment, we do not have a full refund policy for purchases made on our online store
  • Please email us at hello@batique.sg if you have any exchange requests
  • An exchange request can only be initiated within 5 days of receiving the products
  • Exchanges can only be initiated for products that are not on sale
  • We will only allow an exchange of size, which is subjected to availability
  • Should the size to be exchanged for is unavailable you may choose a different apparel or design
  • If there is a need to exchange to a different apparel of higher value, you will need to top up accordingly
  • Please ensure that items to be exchanged are still in its original condition, unwashed and with the hang tag intact
  • To preserve and maintain the integrity and hygiene of our products, customers are allowed a single exchange for each product within an order.
  • Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected for exchange
  • You are required to mail the apparel that needs to be exchanged to us, preferably via registered mail, to avoid any dispute on lost mail
  • Please only use SingPost services as our address is only recognised by SingPost
  • Once we have received your mail and apparel, we will do a check before mailing out the new apparel to you
  • For items with defects, please email us at hello@batique.sg, and forward us pictures of the defects. We will assist you accordingly

 

     

    EXCHANGE POLICIES (OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS)

    At the moment, we do not have an exchange policy for our overseas customers. We urge you to check out our sizing charts before purchasing. Should you have any queries prior to purchasing, feel free to email us at hello@batique.sg.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
