- Sizing charts are available for every apparel on our website. Sizing charts indicates the measurements of the apparel
- We will not be able to amend your orders once the order has been confirmed, and we will not allow any refund or exchanges if wrong items / sizes were selected
- Once payment has been verified, orders will be shipped out within 1 working day
- Please ensure that all required information are provided during the payment process, to avoid any delays in shipping.
- We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Online Bank Payment via Fast and Secure Transfer (FAST), ATM Transfer or PayNow to our DBS account
- For Online Bank Payment or ATM Transfer, you will be required to make payment within 12 hours. Please Whatsapp us the proof of transfer to (+65) 8894 6084
- After this stipulated time frame, your order will be cancelled and void, should we not receive your payment

International Shipping :
- 0.0kg - 2.0kg = SGD 12
- 2.1kg - 4.0kg = SGD 17
- 4.1kg - 7.0kg = SGD 20
Our products weigh approximately 0.3kg - 0.4kg each
We ship our products from Singapore and the lead time for shipping to Malaysia and Indonesia is approximately 6-12 working days. For other destinations, please email us at email@example.com, should you wish to know the approximate shipping duration to your location.
EXCHANGE POLICIES (OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS)

- Please do take note that there is a tolerance of +/- 1 to 1.5 inches for all our apparels
- When washing items for the first time, it is highly recommended to separate from other laundries. This is to prevent any running of colours onto other apparels
- Apparels with Batik prints should be washed individually and separately
- Do not spin dry items, to avoid any shrinkage or damage
- Our online working days will be from Monday to Friday (office hours)
- Should your products arrive beyond the stipulated number of days, please email us at email@example.com, and we will assist by lodging an enquiry with shipping partners
