ORDERING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Please ensure that you have selected the correct item, size and quantity, before checking out
  • Batique will not be able to amend your orders once the order has been confirmed, and we will not allow any refund or exchanges if wrong items / sizes were selected
  • Once payment has been verified, orders will be shipped out within 1 working day
  • Please ensure that all required information are provided during the payment process, to avoid any delays in shipping.
  • We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Online Bank Payment via Fast and Secure Transfer (FAST) or ATM Transfer to our DBS account
  • For Online Bank Payment or ATM Transfer, you will be required to make payment within 12 hours. Please Whatsapp us the proof of payment to (+65) 82484782 
  • After this stipulated time frame, your order will be cancelled and void
  • For any enquiries, please email us at admin@batique.sg and we will reply you within 1-2 working days

SHIPPING INFORMATION

NORMAL MAIL

  • Service is provided by SingPost
  • Your order should reach you within 5 working days
  • Parcel cannot be tracked
  • This service is charged at $2 per parcel
  • Batique is not liable for any loss of parcels via this method of mailing
  • Mailing may take 1 extra working day during festive period (Oct - Dec)

SMARTPAC MAIL

  • Service is provided by SingPost
  • Your order should reach you within 3 working days
  • Once item is ready for mailing, we will email you the tracking number
  • You may track your parcel via SingPost website
  • This service is charged at $3 per parcel
  • Mailing may take 1 extra working day during festive period (Oct - Dec)

COURIER DELIVERY (RECOMMENDED)

  • This service is provided by our courier partners
  • Your order should reach you within 2 working days
  • Once item is ready for delivery, we will email you the tracking number
  • You will be able to track your parcel
  • This service is charged at $5 per parcel
  • Mailing may take 1 extra working day during festive period (Oct - Dec)

We do not provide any self collection or meet up services.

EXCHANGE POLICIES

  • WhatsApp us at (+65) 82484782 for any exchange request
  • Exchange of sizes are allowed for regular priced items
  • Forward us a WhatsApp message with the following information, order number, new preferred size and address
  • Exchanges can be facilitated, subject to availability of products
  • Exchanges can be done within 5 working days of you receiving the item
  • We will only allow a exchange in size, but not to a different design or different product
  • If preferred size of the same design is unavailable, you may change to another design within the same collection
  • Items have to be in their original condition, unwashed and not worn, with the hang tag intact
  • Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected for exchange
  • We will charge an administrative fee of $3 for every exchange
  • Upon receiving your payment, we will mail you the new piece, together with a return mailer (an envelope with a stamp)
  • Please utilise the return mailer to return the original items, and drop the mail at any SingPost letterbox
  • Should you wish to expedite the process, you may opt to have the new items sent to you via SmartPac Mail (3 working days) or Courier Delivery (2 working days) for an administrative fee of $4 and $5 respectively
  • For exchanges, payment can only be made via Online Bank Transfer (Fast & Secure Transfer (FAST)) or ATM Transfer
  • Should you encounter any defects on any of your products, please email us at admin@batique.sg. Do provide us with pictures of the defect so that we may assist you accordingly

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Protecting your personal and private information is a top priority to us
  • Any information provided to us, will be kept strictly confidential
  • We deserve the rights to change our terms and conditions, standard operating procedures and prices at any time without further notice

LAUNDRY CARE

  • When washing items for the first time, it is highly recommended to separate from other laundries. This is to prevent any running of colours
  • Do not spin dry items, to avoid any shrinkage or damage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Our working days will be from Monday to Friday (office hours)
  • Lead time provided for Normal Mail and SmartPac Mail are provided by SingPost.
  • Should your products arrive beyond the stipulated number of days, please email us at admin@batique.sg, and we will assist by lodging an enquiry with SingPost or our courier partners
  • We strive hard to bring our customers quality products and an excellent service, hence we are hopeful that our customers can return the favour, by communicating politely with the Batique Team.
