• Item should reach you within 3-5 working days
• Tracking of parcel is available
• Your order will be mailed to your letterbox via SmartPac mailing
• Should your order not be able to fit into a SmartPac envelope, we will automatically utilise our Basic Courier service to deliver your parcel
• This service may need 1 extra working day during festive season
• This service is charged at $3.90 per online order

 

EXPRESS COURIER (recommended)

• Item should reach you within 2-3 working days
• Tracking of parcel is available
• This service may need 1 extra working day during the festive season
• This service is charged at $4.90 per online order

 

URGENT COURIER

• Item should reach you within 1-2 working days
• Tracking of parcel is available upon request
• This service may need 1 extra working day during the festive season
• This service is charged at $9.90 per online order

 

SHIPPING FOR MALAYSIAN / INDONESIAN CUSTOMERS

Shipping rates:

• 0.0kg - 1.0kg = SGD 15
• 1.1kg - 2.0kg = SGD 20
• 2.1kg - 3.0kg = SGD 30

Our products weigh approximately 0.3kg - 0.4kg each
