EXCHANGE POLICIES (SINGAPORE CUSTOMERS)

- We will only allow an exchange of size, which is subject to availability
- We do not allow an exchange of designs or products
- An exchange request can only be initiated within 5 days of receiving the products
- Exchanges are allowed only for regular priced items
- Strictly no exchanges allowed for items on Sale
- When in contact with us, please indicate to us your order number, new preferred size and address
- Customers may drop by our showroom, via appointment to facilitate an exchange
- Please ensure that items to be exchanged are still in its original condition, unwashed and with the hang tag intact
- To preserve and maintain the integrity and hygiene of our products, customers are allowed a single exchange for each product within an order.
- Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected for exchange
- For items with defects, please contact us at (+65) 8894 6084, and forward us pictures of the defects. We will assist you accordingly
