EXCHANGE POLICIES 2021
- Please Whatsapp us at (+65) 8894 6084 if you have any exchange requests
- An exchange request can only be initiated within 5 days of receiving the products
- You may request for an exchange for items bought during the "Raya Warehouse Sale"
- Exchanges can only be facilitated at our showroom
- You may visit our showroom during our operating hours
- We will only allow an exchange of size, which is subjected to availability
- Should the size to be exchanged for is unavailable you may choose a different apparel or design
- If there is a need to exchange to a different apparel of higher value, you will need to top up accordingly
- Please ensure that items to be exchanged are still in its original condition, unwashed and with the hang tag intact
- To preserve and maintain the integrity and hygiene of our products, customers are allowed a single exchange for each product within an order.
- Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected for exchange
- For items with defects, please contact us at (+65) 8894 6084, and forward us pictures of the defects. We will assist you accordingly
EXCHANGE POLICIES (OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS)
